1. Introduction

These Terms & Policy outline the prohibited and restricted items that may not be shipped through our logistics services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the shipment of goods.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons, firearms, and firearm components

  • Ammunition, explosives, and explosive devices

  • Hazardous or dangerous goods, including but not limited to:

    • Flammable materials

    • Corrosive substances

    • Toxic or harmful materials

  • Radioactive materials

  • Human or animal remains (including ashes)

  • Currency, negotiable instruments, or any form of money

  • Illegal substances or controlled items

  • Live animals (unless legal and necessary special permits are obtained)

  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration or cold storage

  • Lithium batteries (except under strict regulatory compliance conditions)

  • Certain plants, seeds, or regulated biological materials

  • Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights

  • Items prohibited by the laws or regulations of the origin or destination country/region (e.g., ivory or other protected wildlife products)

3. Compliance with Laws

It is the sole responsibility of the shipper to ensure that the contents of any package comply with all applicable shipping regulations. Shippers must be aware of and comply with the legal restrictions governing the items they intend to ship.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a shipment is found to contain prohibited or restricted items:

  • The shipment may be refused at acceptance

  • It may be returned to the shipper

  • It may be delayed or held for inspection

  • It may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws

  • Additional fees, penalties, or charges may apply

The shipper shall be responsible for all costs, penalties, losses, or damages arising from non-compliant shipments.
