At 436 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Shawnee to near Lake Hope State Park to 8 miles southeast of Mcarthur to near Jackson. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Athens, Jackson, Wellston, Nelsonville, Pomeroy, Glouster, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Albany, Shawnee, Rutland, Chesterhill, Lake Hope State Park, New Haven, Mason, Middleport, Chester, Chauncey, Hamden, and Syracuse.
Affected area: Perry; Morgan; Athens; Jackson; Vinton; Meigs; Gallia; Mason
