* WHEN...From this evening through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - There will be two rounds of rain today. A steady, light to moderate rain today, then the potential for training thunderstorms with heavy rainfall this evening.
