* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Pickaway County in central Ohio... Northern Ross County in south central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 615 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 312 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Circleville, Kingston, Williamsport, New Holland, Logan Elm Village, Laurelville, Clarksburg, Adelphi, Pickaway County Airport, Andersonville, State Route 138 at US Route 22, State Route 207 at US Route 22, Austin and Hallsville.
